Twenty seven years as a teacher taught me that honesty is the best policy.

Kids can see right through attempts to mislead, hide or color the truth. As with my students, I will be honest with you. Your goals and aspirations will be formost as I work with you. Together we will take as much time as required as nothing of value comes easily. I will

share my knowledge with you and will strive to learn not only from my profession but from you.

“We had already spent three years looking, in several states, for that perfect place to live, when we stumbled on Smith Mountain Lake. As soon as we saw it, we knew our search was over! Unfortunately, our vacation time was up, so we returned to New Jersey with several SML real estate magazines in hand.

On our next trip we explored the lake and asked lots of questions, but most agents offered only limited help unless we wanted to look at their properties, right away. One day after lunch, on our third trip to the lake, we met Rick when we stopped to look at listings posted in his office window. Lucky us!

One day we mentioned a particular listing we had seen in a magazine on the first day we were at the lake. We loved it, but it was gone when we returned on our next trip. Well Rick went back into the old listings, found the property, contacted the owners and put together a deal for us. He did it all! Now , thanks to Rick, we are living our dream here at the lake.
